SecurLOCK Communicate

This service works behind the scenes monitoring your card activity:

• Uses text*, e-mail, and telephone to contact you whenever unusual card activity is detected.
• Stops fraud through real-time card engagement.
• Alerts you quickly and in your preferred manner in less than 30 seconds from activity detection.
• Results in approximately 70% decrease in unrecoverable fraud losses over previous incidents.

SecurLOCK Equip

This mobile app offers self-service functions that put you in control of when and how you use your Benchmark Visa debit and/or credit card:

• Prevent unauthorized use by turning your card on/off.
• Receive real-time transaction alerts and view card transaction history.
• Control spending by setting limits on transactions.
• Customize spending ability by online, mobile, or in-store purchases.
• Set location permissions.
