Report a Lost or Stolen Card

What do I need to do if one of my Benchmark cards is lost or stolen?

Once you are sure that your card is missing, immediately call and report it.

For a Benchmark debit card, call (800) 500-1044.

For a Benchmark credit card, call (866) 604-0381.
