Delete Your Internet & Mobile Banking Access
Important Note: Deleting your access using this form will NOT reset your password. If you need help with a password or cannot access your account, please use the Forgot Password page instead.
Benchmark Community Bank values your privacy. If you wish to delete your internet banking account (the account you use to log in to our internet banking system and/or our mobile app), please complete the form below.
Please note that when your online account access is deleted after submitting this form:
- You will no longer be able to log in to internet banking or the BCB mobile app.
- You will not be able to see electronic copies of past account e-statements. If you have opted in to receiving e-statements, your preference will be changed to receiving paper statements.
- Any activity you previously set up within internet banking or our mobile app will be disabled and/or deleted. This includes real-time account alerts, bill pay payments and payee information, and scheduled or recurring transfers, as well as any history for any of these services.
- Your Benchmark deposit accounts and loans will remain open and unaffected. This form is only used for deleting your internet banking account.
